WASH ROOM

Here are a few ideas on designing a Vastu home
Altar The ideal direction to place the altar is North-Eastern direction. Balcony Plan a balcony in North or East. A balcony in South is not recommended.
Bath Room Ideally the bathroom should be located in East. If that is not possible, then the next best direction is North.

WELL AND WATER TANK

Well in the house should be in round shape.Not square.

North east is best direction but it should not be made attached to north east wall.

Any underground water reservior should be built in north east direction.

Any overhead water tank should be built in north west direction.

VASTU TIPS

Do not arrange vastu shanti & satyanarayan pooja on the same day.
Cactus or any plant with thorns should be avoided in the house or in our premises.
Any door or main gate or fan should not make noise.Get oiling done from time to time.

VASTU KITCHEN

Have bigger windows on east and northen side of the house.That pours more positive energy in.

Do not keep broken idols in temple or in the house.

Have grey tile in kitchen floor.Kitchen platform height should be kept 32".

Kitchen flooring should never be done white in colour.

In the kitchen do not select glased tiles which shows your reflection.

In a plot south-east should never be less than 90 degree.
If north east is less than 90 degree it gives progress to the owner.
A plot in pentagone shape should be avoided strictly.
A round plot should also be avoided.

ENERGY

Energy Drainage and Energy DisbalanceAll water outlets- whether they are in the shape of sinks, washroom outlets, stormwater outlets, or outlet for water in a room as is usually found in tropical houses, are potential sources of draining out the healthy energy and prosperity of the household.

REIKI & VASTU

Reiki & vastu shastra are related to each other.
reiki creates energy in you same as vastu gives you positive energy.
If you believe in reiki you would believe in vastu shastra too.
Why one goes to temple?
When you go to temple you get positive vibrations.
See any temple even if it is situated close to road still you feel a kind of shanti (peace) in the temple.
On your house shadow of any temple or flag of a temple should not fall.
In front of your house there should not be any flour mill,dhobi ghat,cemetery.

TRUST IN VASTU

I will tell you all an example I never wanted to marry.
I believed in vastu shastra I got my house renovated as per vastu rules to some extent.
My vastu shastra consultant showed me the place the corner to hav as my room.
He told me within 2 years you will invite me for your wedding.
Today 4 years hav past I m married.
If you believe in science you will definately beleive in vastu shastra.
Try karke dekho .Try karne mai nuksan nahi hai (agar fayada nahi hai ).

FISH TANK

When you stand in the house & look outside on your left hand side keep either fish tank or water in a large pot.It is considered to be very effective in vastu shastra.It should never be kept on right hand side coz male members get attracted towards other woman.
Vastu can not change your life overnight.vastu can help you improve your life up to 30%.
Rest depend on your karma & destiny(fate).

Plot should not end where 3 roads meet each other.
In the house do not give south west corner room to your servant.Or
(Owner will have lot of menyal stress).

PAINT

Basic principles of vastu is same for office, house, showroom,godown.
Paint lighest shade of green to office.
Paint lightest shade of lilac to bedroom.
Paint lightest shade of pink to kitchen or any other light shade would do for kitchen.

FISH TANK

Never place a fish tank in bedroom,bathroom or kitchen.
It should be place in drawing room in either east or north direction.

DANDRUFF

Heat 30-40 ml of coconut oil, add two or three flakes of garlic and three to four peppercorns to the mixture. Cool and apply to the scalp. Wash off nest morning with a mild shampoo to find healthy and voluminous hair. Try this twice a week for three to four weeks to find a long term solution to the problem of dandruff, along with healthy hair.

GUEST ROOM

Guest room should be in north east direction.It is direction of water,which always flow.
Guests will not become permanant member of the family.They will feel comfortable and
move also.Marrigable age girls room should be in this direction they will get married faster.

DOORS

The main gate of the house should be bigger than other room doors.
The bathroom door should be smaller room doors.
There should not be 3 or more doors in a line.(vertically)

In the house place your cuboards or any heavy article in south or east side.Try to keep north and west free as far as possible.Coz north and west is direction of air and water.Articles kept in these directions will not work properly.Every now and than it will require repairing.Articles will keep on moving in the sense got spoiled replace with new one.
Vastushastra is science for eg.if you keep television in water direction it will not work for longer period.
I m posting these tips because I have personally experienced few things.Believe me ,trust me and follow vastu rules as far as possible.It will work for sure.

Kitchen should be in south east corner of the house as it is agni kone.
Platform should be constructed in such a way that the person who is cooking faces east.

TIJORI

Your tijori(where you keep your valuables like gold,cash etc.)should be placed in south west corner of the house.Preferabely tijori should be placed in such a way that it opens in north.It should be placed on south wall so that it faces north.North is direction of kuber.

Take a teaspoonful of sesame seeds, just pop into mouth, chew on them, consume. This helps significant reduction in hairfall. But do not expect overnight results.

If north east is little less than 90 degree it is fine.
If south west is less than 90 degree it is very bad.
If south east is less than it is bad.
If plot is in triangle shape it goes in litigation.
If the plot is round shape it creates instability to the owner.
Pentagone shape plot is very bad.

In front of the plot there should not be temple ,big trees,hospitals or electric poles.
House should not be built below heavy duty cable crossing the plot from one corner to another.

Planning to buy a plot try to buy a plot which is perpendular to axis.Till 20 degree slant is permitted.try to buy a plot which has 90 degree all four corners.

Whenever you buy a plt see to it that you do not buy a plot where you enter the plot through south or west.And it should not be last plot of a road I mean it shold not be at the dead end of the road.
